Kaitlyn Williams
Owner/Director
Kaitlyn Williams is Studio 765’s owner and director. She has been teaching dance for 9 years and was in charge of growing and running a successful competitive studio team for the past 3 seasons. The program showed tremendous improvement under Kaitlyn’s direction and was able to capture multiple national championship titles at some of the most competitive national competitions in the country. While growing the competitive team, she also successfully grew and operated the recreational program which ended in a wonderful recital each year. In addition to her time spent with a dance studio, she has been the head coach at East Tipp Middle School for 5 years where she trained her students to be prepared for both studio competition and school competition. Kaitlyn grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana training at Elite Dance Center. In her time at Elite, she trained under prestigious teachers and choreographers such as Christina Davenport and Lauren Garrett. She has a strong love for contemporary and jazz, and has won many regional and national awards for her choreography. Kaitlyn prides herself on providing her students with strong technical training by introducing them to many different styles and choreographers to expand their dance training. In addition to her teaching and choreography background, Kaitlyn has a degree in Management and Marketing from Purdue University. She also has a wonderful husband of 4 years, and two dogs. She is excited to get started with the 765 dancers, and can’t wait to see what this next season holds!

Bella Doss
Bella Doss is a student at Purdue University studying biomedical health sciences with a pre-med concentration. Bella has been dancing and in the competition world for 17 years where she won many regional and national awards individually and with her team. She ended up at A-List Dance Center in Carmel, IN for her last 10 years of competition dance, and taught private lessons as well as classes at the studio her senior year of high school. She also was on both Carmel High School dance teams, Charisma and Coquettes, where she got choreography and teaching experience. Bella has worked with and danced under esteemed choreographers such as Michele Long, Andrea Hagan, Christina Davenport, Seth Robinson, Ali Pickard, and others. She is trained in all styles of dance, but took a special interest in tap. She was a part of the Extreme Rhythm Project, a pre-professional tap company, under the direction of Michele Long for 5 years. Bella looks forward to working with the talented dancers of Studio 765!

Ian Conley
Ian Conley is a student at Purdue University studying Visual Design Engineering. He currently performs and competes across midwest America as the junior executive director for Dance 2XS Purdue. Ian began his training at the age of 9 at Monarch Studios in London, England. Shortly after moving to the Chicagoland area, Ian began training at Xtreme Dance Force at the age of 11 where he competed in hip hop. While at Xtreme, Ian trained under Sam Renzetti, Samantha Kotrba, Robert Lewis, Vic Ocasio, JC Renzetti, and Devon Perri. He also had the opportunity to learn from and work with top choreographers across the country such as Tricia Miranda, Kaycee Rice, Sean Lew, Tobias Ellehammer, Matt Steffanina, Josh Killacky, and many more. Ian competed on America’s Got Talent Season 15, performed with Chesca in the 2019 CURES Research for Cancer Gala, performed in the music video for “Workin” by Josh Killacky, and competed in World of Dance Chicago 2019, 2021, and 2022. He began teaching weekly recreational hip hop classes at Xtreme at the age of 16 and also began choreographing competitive hip hop routines at Xtreme and local studios in the Chicagoland area. Since he began teaching, Ian has had the opportunity to guest teach across the country for different studios and competitions where his choreography has won numerous awards and first places at regional and national competitions. Ian is super excited to get started working with the 765 dancers!

Brooke Lutes
Brooke is a current sophomore at Purdue University studying neurobiology and physiology. She has been dancing since I was 5 years old. She started her dance career at Dancenter North in Gurnee, Illinois where she performed in The Nutcracker at the Genesee Theater for multiple years. Brooke was also on her high school dance team in Libertyville, IL where we placed in the top 10 in the state for many years. She is currently on the Golduster Dance Team at Purdue where she performs at all football home games, soccer games, basketball games, baseball games, etc. She also competes at NDA in Daytona Florida in Spirit Rally. The team is coached by a former Colts Cheerleader and Pro Bowl cheerleader, Natalie Hess, who has performed at the Colts Stadium with the Purdue All-American marching band. They also perform at the Indy 500 race every year. Brooke is so excited to be teaching here and is ready for a wonderful year!

Maddie McLaughlin
Maddie‘s family is from a small suburb of Chicago, where she began dancing at W Dance Studio at the age of 3. She received training in tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, and modern; however, her love for tap was evident when she put on her very first pair of tap shoes! Throughout high school, she trained at the Chicago Human Rhythm Project and Chicago Tap Theater. She attended Purdue University where she received her bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering. While at Purdue, she served as the President of the Purdue Tap Club, Footnotes, and led the tap program at another local studio in Lafayette, IN, teaching tap technique and choreographing award-winning competitive routines for all ages and levels. She recently started also teaching at Indy Dance Academy where she teaches the upper level tap technique classes and choreographs some of their tap routines for their company. Maddie is currently in the Medical Scientist Training Program at Indiana University School of Medicine and Purdue University where she is working towards her MD and her PhD. She is so honored and excited to be able to share her love of tap with the students at Studio 765!

Amelia Veith
Amelia Veith is a current student at Purdue University and is working toward her degree in elementary education and special education. Amelia grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and has been dancing since the age of 2 and competing since the age of 6. Amelia’s serious competitive training started at Elite Dance Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana, under the leadership of Christina Davenport, and was among the first seniors to graduate from Evolve Dance Force in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in 2023. During her time competing, she was able to be a part of many award-winning groups and was able to train with the best. Amelia has worked with many choreographers including Brooke Napier, Lauren Garett, Stacy Boeddeker, Nate Poole, Amanda Preiser, and Kyle Preiser. Amelia began assisting dance classes at an early age and transitioned in high school to becoming a teacher. Amelia enjoys teaching all styles of dance, but her passion falls in contemporary. Amelia has lots of experience with all types of children including students ranging from students with high abilities to special education students. Amelia has also had the opportunity to manage the Evolve Dance Force marketing and social media for the past 2 seasons. Amelia cannot wait to continue to learn and work with all the dancers at Studio 765 this season!

Meghann Wann
Meghann has been dancing since the age of five. She has been teaching and choreographing since the age of fourteen and has enjoyed taking dancers to competitions for the past fifteen years. Her years of experience teaching have resulted in award winning choreography. Her favorite styles of dance include lyrical and tap. Meghann graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Creative Writing and History. As a former preschool teacher she enjoys working with children of all ages, and has years of experience working with children of with abilities ranging from low support needs to high support needs. She is excited to share her love of dance with the Studio 765 dancers and can’t wait to start this new journey!

Chloe Wilhelm
Chloe is a current student at Purdue studying Biomedical Health Sciences on the pre-med track with a minor in Dance. She currently works for the National Dance Alliance and travels across the country to teach middle school, high school, and collegiate dance teams. Chloe was a part of the nationally ranked Center Grove Varsity Dance Team and trained intensively in styles such as pom, kick, jazz, hip hop, game day, and lyrical. During her time with CGVDT she trained under former Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders Vanessa Oakes and Katie James and tenured dance team coaches Hannah Mueller, Hannah Sanders, and Lexi Hamilton.

Madi Twiddy
Madi is a current freshman at Purdue University studying kinesiology with the goals of becoming a physical therapist and personal trainer. Madi has been dancing since the age of 5 years old starting at a small studio in her hometown and ending up at LM Premier Dance for her last 3 years of competitive training where she won many national and regional titles! She has been trained in all styles of dance with her two favorites being tap and contemporary. Madi has worked with choreographers like Brooke Maglish, Lynn Gelatka, Rachel Benzing, and Patricia Piperas. Madi is so excited to teach all of the dancers at 765 and cannot wait for an amazing season!
